DROOP & REINDROOP AND REIN
Our vertical mill is retrofitted with the latest Fidia CNC controls. Equipped with the K-2 Tracing System this machine has full duplicating and digitizing capabilities. Travel is as follows: X 118" x Y 56" x Z 52" . Heavy metal removal is not a problem with 1800 rpm's and 50 horsepower.
FPTFPT LEM-93-M5
The FPT LEM 93-M5 is equipped with the latest Fidia CNC controls. Travel is as follows: Vertical (Z) 78.7" Cross (Y) 47.2" Longitudinal (X) 196.8". Spindle speeds range from 0 to 4,000 r.p.m's. Other features include: A Twist Head controlled by CNC as fourth and fifth axis. The Automatic Universal Head indexed in two axes each 2.5 degrees or 1 degree and controlled by numerical control. High precision rotary sliding tables with high load carrying capacity. Spindle extensions of 400 mm with spindle rpm ratios of 1:1 and 1:3.
Takumi V11TAKUMI V11A
The Takumi V11A is ideal for heavy duty or high speed cutting. Perfect for machining small dies, molds, electrodes and individual components. This machining center has a travel of 43" in X, 22" in Y and 25.6" in the Z axis. The V11 can cut at 6,000 rpm's and is powered by a 15 horse power motor.
Takumi V8TAKUMI V8A
The Takumi V8A, like its sister mill the V11A, is also ideal for heavy duty or high speed cutting. This machining center has a travel of 32" in X, 20" in Y and 22" in the Z axis. Powered by a 15 horse power motor and with the capability to cut at 8,000 rpm's this mill is perfect for small dies, molds, electrodes, and individual components and inserts.
