PROTOTYPES MADE QUICKLY AND AFFORDABLY

Cad Cam Services brings a new level of affordability and versatility to rapid prototyping. Using our Fused deposition Modeling Technology lets you turn a design concept into a prototype, test it for fit and form, and even simulate product performance without excessive cost and time of traditional prototyping methods. Choose ABS, Investment Casting Wax, or elastomers like low/high density Polyethene and Polypropylene.
RAPID PROTOTYPES YOU CAN INSTALL AND OPERATE

The FDM 1650 can produce fully functional prototypes made of ABS plastic. The resulting ABS parts have 85% of the strength of an actual molded part and have an accuracy of +/- .005". So basically, you can install and run them, for the best proof possible that a design really works.
THE FDM PROCESS

Rapid prototyping with Fused Deposition Modeling technology is replacing traditional prototyping methods such as SLA because it is a more durable and efficient means to meet your prototyping needs. Using this patented process we import a geometric model into our software package that slices it into horizontal layers and down loads it to the FDM system. Semi liquid thermoplastic material is extruded and then deposited in ultra thin layers from the FDM head, one layer at a time in a generated toolpath.
Before you commit to expensive production tooling, test your designs, tools and fixtures quickly and affordably with the FDM process at Cad Cam Services. Our staff will find the most efficient way possible to grow your prototype part saving you time and money. Send your part data in IGES or STL format to data@cadcamservices.com
. Other means of data transfer include uploading to our BBS or our FTP site. Contact our sales department for pricing and timing by calling (616) 554-5222 (Ext. 12) or send email to sales@cadcamservices.com
