  1. Minimum 3 years experience machining in a Tool & Die environment.
  2. Ability to work with little or no direct supervision.
  3. Ability to safely rig and set up large components on horizontal mills.
  4. Strong aptitude for mathematics (critical thinking skills).
  5. Ability to take print and CAD data and produce an accurate part.
  6. Ability to machine a variety of material efficiently.
